To further gauge their practical skills, our candidates are assigned a test task that simulates real project challenges but is limited in scope and duration (up to 2 hours). This focused task assesses their problem-solving abilities, creativity, and time management skills under realistic working conditions.

Before proceeding with a job offer, our recruiters conduct thorough reference checks to verify the candidate’s previous job performance and professional conduct, as confirmed by former employers. This crucial step ensures the candidate’s credibility and integrity while crafting an accurate, impartial profile of the applicant.

Applicants who progress through the earlier rounds will have the opportunity to meet with either the Head of the Technical Department or, if applicable, with members of our client’s team. We arrange the final interview to align new hires with the company’s mission, values, and discuss the specifics of employment to set mutual terms and expectations.
